- To monitor and report on our performance against sales targets and

- To improve customer satisfaction and relations and the image of the

- Improve Sector Sales Teams performance by good management
- Provide accurate sales forecasts monthly
- Effective management of agents
- Managing commercial negotiations to maximize profit
- Develop and implement sales strategy and sales plan to achieve

and ensure successful new product launches
Need to know: (Essential)
- Degree (Technical or Marketing) or equivalent
- Proven track record of winning new business
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales or business development
role ideally in textile chemicals/technical selling
- Minimum 5 years experience of people management
- Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
