(Permanent Elastic Finishing Agent with super soft handle)

Americos FX 30 is a newly developed finishing agent, which is composed of multi-functional Urethane Silicone copolymer

It can be applied to super soft Elastic finish, permanent press finish, Anti-bacterial & Deodar Finish Lusting Soft finish, Wrinkle free Finish, wool Shrink- resistant finish for various kind of textiles such as Cotton Woven & Knit, Wool, Silk, Polyester & Nylon Spandex etc and their blends. It endows specific lubricating & softness of silicone, and elasticity of urethane to the textiles as well as excellent luster and drape property

Characteristics:

• Americos FX 30 is excellent, non-yellowing and effective on white fabric/garment.
• Americos FX 30 used on cotton, polyester, nylon spandex and its blends.
• Americos FX 30 endows excellent soft touch and elasticity to various kinds of textile and their blend.
• Americos FX 30 is formed on the surface of textiles by shelf-cross linking of multifunctional group after pre-dry or curing on high temperature; it is excellent to washing fastness and solvent fastness.
• Americos FX 30 can be used to white dyeing because it does not make yellowing by heating or time goes by.
• In case of cotton knit, it gives excellent luster and drape property as well as good stretching property.
• Americos FX 30 has excellent elasticity, it prevents crease and filling, also improves sew ability
• In case of durable press finishing of cotton knit or woven, it improves tearing strength and endows soft elasticity.

Treatment Condition :
Bath Treatment (For 10-15 minutes after adding Agents)


Dehydration (About 80%)

Drying (Tumble Dry; 120°C X 30-40 minutes)

Ironing (Iron 160°C Steaming)

Steaming Box (150°C X 30 minutes)

Caution:
Before using with other finishing agents jointly in finishing process, Americos FX 30 is required to pretest compatibility with them sufficiently. Temperature of padding bath must be maintained below 30°C It is proper that pH of Treatment Bath is 5 - 6
